Aside from the original scheduling hiccup the installation crew did a very good job. I had some significant cracks in my garage floor that was leveled and infilled well. The finished product looks great .

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Every single person I dealt with was professional and simply outstanding. I researched this company a ton as well as comparing it to if I was going to do it as a DIY project. After watching the whole process there is no way I could have come close to the job Symphony did. Thanks a ton!

I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I gave my review.. So far we are LOVING our new garage floor. The colors are great the floor is no longer slippery, when we have any spills or water puddles they wipe up with ease. The crew was great to work with from the salesmen all the way thru the install crew. I hope to never have to use the service crew but if I do I feel confident they will be as good as the people i have dealt with to this point in time

Very happy with how my floor came out. Overall process went very well – had someone come out and access and quote me and was very informative and nice. Day of installation went really well and as planned – workers were efficient, friendly, and thorough. Looks great – overall great experience.

I just recently had my garage floor done by Symphony. Wow, what a difference it has made!!! Every step of the way was a great experience. Starting with the sales rep that came out and thoroughly explained everything to me And was not in a hurry, like another company had done. Then the installation team showed up and I knew right off the bat that I was in good hands. They were friendly professional, and explained everything to me. Everybody that has come by and has seen the garage floor since it’s been done. It’s completely blown away on how amazing it looks. After completion, I received the text message from the sales rep just to check in, and even he complemented on how well it came out. Then I also received a phone call which I think was the owner asking me if I had any issues and if I was happy. These are things that companies or not many companies do anymore. I highly recommend symphony, if you’re Looking to have your next project done.

Everyone at Symphony Concrete treats you so respectfully from the very beginning with Matt explaining the whole process, warranties, samples, suggestions & financing. (very fair pricing as well). Trevor, Nick and all reps either answered or responded to my calls right away. Corey & Jarred (sp?) Did such a beautiful job and were so polite. I waited longer than I needed to before putting everything back in my garage. Today’s the day! My car and belongings will be back where they belong. The design consultation was amazing! My husband and I learned so much about the variety of options and felt comfortable choosing what was best for us without any pressure. We loved the floor and will be getting another floor by our pool in the spring.

The installation went quickly and seamlessly! The only con would be the strong odor from the final coating stage which concern us to open all windows.

Very easy process from the initial meeting to the installation. Garage floor came out great. Highly recommend and will be using them for some other coating projects.
